A Friend For All Seasons

He was a friend for all seasons,
Good to see him everyday.

She was getting used to seeing him,
He was a miracle in her life.

Always took the time to care,
And she liked him as a friend.

Sometimes he would appear at special activities,
I remember the day he gave a carnation to the mothers for Mother's Day.

The beautiful Father's Day hug,
Where I wished him a very Happy Father's Day.

These memories linger on,
And bless us with kindness.

The day when I gave him two of my paintings,
And we hugged and kissed, how lovely was that.

He was a prince in her life,
Very muscular, strong and good looking.

What a blessing from God,
She was always truly thankful.
