A Folly Full Love

Lady, how oblivious might you be?
blind to your own feelings,
when your heart throbs so, at the sight of him!

Sir, how dense can one be?
yet to realize your own emotions,
when your heart throbs so, at the sight of her!

How stupid can you two be,
when just about everyone can see,
how you gaze into her eyes,
how you blush at his smile.

Deny it all you can,
shut your thoughts away,
but your heart can never lie!
such a thing love is....
