A Fierce Love

Ashley, spouse of her nemesis ~
Vain eyes covet the weak.

Rhett longed for her beauty ~
To harness the wild horse.

Scarlett shook her harness bells,
Huffed and turned her mane.

Fierce love fought for keeps.
The devil dressed in red.

Bonnie Blue ~ Rhett’s only love.
Dear daughter’s death despises marriage.
