A Family Once Upon a Time

Someone who knows someone and someone i used to know they posted these moving photographs on some social media interwebs And i woke from a dream in such a start to unknowingly know her voice again its been 11 years and im too old now for shelter but you might think id have someones hand on my shoulder its not easy, but i never knew it would be this damn hard everything fell away so quickly without you and we didnt want each other anymore you were the ties that bind, you were the superglue I was just a child, i was acting out and so confused never thought that you would really go never thought that hospital room would become my tomb too and i never thought it would leave me here on my own i miss the same people that are still missing you and the cut went too deep and none of us can be fixed and we spent years just hurting each other, without you here nobody is fixable now, just paper dolls burnt up into ash i woke from that dream with such a start and i feel your voice comfort me again and i see u smile, a glass of beer and cigarette in hand take me with you, wherever it is you go.
