Hi, JC! What a beautiful haiku you've written here. “Ashen leaves of fall,” is my favorite line. When I read the word, 'ashen,’ I knew it was eloquent in its form, already. Great penning, JC. Best of Wishes, William

The pine cone comes to life in the coming season. We only fear winter because while sleeping we forget that spring is but a breath away.

To me, especially around the holidays, winter is like a dreamland full of magic. My favorite season is the Fall, but I love the changing of all seasons. There is a grace in this. Thank you for the wonderful comment. Blessings my friend.

Thank you. I do try to write from the heart. It's the only kind of poetry I know with the exception of the Haiku.
