It is in the soul of both big and small influences. Auto mechanics, electricians, some honest, too many legal thieves. A spectrum of other common examples. The world will not change until each of us starts with near self. Policemen must rat on wrong colleagues, politicians the same -- and when working for a company not doing all things quite right, cutting safe corners for profit, folks must speak up even if it costs one his or her job. Try and sell that to spouse and hungry kids.
