A Dusty Road Have I Walked

A dusty road have I walked,

over the many years I have lived,

seeing many friends along the way,

that is no longer here.

Life passes us by so rapidly,

time does not stand still

for anyone.

Family fading away to

just memories now I have

of most of them.

A dusty road have I walked,

over many years now in the

past. Was my life lived in vain?

Or will I be just a memory

and a name on a tombstone,

to be forgotten along the dusty

road that I walked.

A relevant view of lifes path.. Or paths rather James, I will say all people will be forgotten by this world, which itself will pass away 'and it be forgotton' by God so then its better to be 'unknown' by the world.. And yet be known by God; who is eternal.. There is true value.' Good to read this today James..)

well James my theory is we are here for just a little while to accomplish our purpose and once we do we are removed.. simple yet so hard to understand at times when loved ones are removed from us.. nice reminisce luv..
