A Dream From My Window

End of dream, hardly a stir, dawn almost new
Shutters now open, glimpses of light, sun radiates thru

Miles of shadows, carpet the land, over Juniper’s ridge
Train coming soon, no sound yet, headed for bridge

Wilderness slept well, scattered shadows lurk, moon shines upon
By distant light, hills are focused, that lie beyond.

Breezes passing in, room now lucent, that sunrise filled
Inspired feelings nudge, an uplifting moment, senses are thrilled.

A panoramic view, oneness in kind, far and below
Such true beauty, within a dream, from my window.
