A Dog Called Rover

There once was a dog called Rover
Who used to dance the bossa nova
The other dogs would stare
But he didn’t care
He had the most rhythmic rollover.

His squeeze was an Afghan hound
Who used to play around
With a feisty Jack Russell
Who had lots of muscle
And put Rover six feet underground.

I'm glad you like my poem, Deb. What can I say, it's a dog eat dog world. Cheers, Paul.

Thanks Rover for the boss nova. Especially that rhythmic rollover.

Apparently one his favourite tunes to dance to was The Girl from Ipanema! Cheers, Paul.
