A Disease

Your life has been hard, The going got tough, Some friends have left you, But you seem to keep your head up, Family disowned you, Men didn't stay, I feel a bit sorry for you, But in a different kind of way, Doctors and surgeries, To you and your kids, Your all fighters, For the length of time I know you, Much longer you will live, Your a fighter, Your a winner too, We all have our skeletons, Maybe none quite like you, A role model for many, For me as one, Your a part of my heart, I'll always pray for us to have fun, You have an illness, A very big one too, But your a fighter, So keep fighting, And god will help you through....
