A Dirty Sock

Spending its life on the dirty floor
thrown outside behind the balcony's door
smelling bad in the dark shoe
trying to get out, trying to make its dreams come true
getting washed everyday
sick of living in the same way
trying to speak but no one could hear
no one could hear the screams of fear
wanting to live really free
wanting to feel a little mercy
Light, that's the only thing it wants to see
that's a story of a sock
that feels just like me...
