-A Diet Ditty

No longer will l sin

Treat my temple like a bin

Shoving all and sundry in

So l will bear and grin

Take it on the chin

To be happy in my skin

Be healthy within

No more biscuits from the tin

Against the bulge l will win

Today l will begin

To do and feel better!

The diets in the bin, the biscuits are in my tin.. that works much better for me until the weight starts to creep up. So will save this as a good reminder. Emilia : )

Well, you appear to have more willpower than I, Deb. I always promise I'll start tomorrow. And one of these days I'm sure I will.

I wish I can do thet. The biscuits become sweet cookies here, hard to resit. I will try my best to resist the temptation. Very nice poem.

I constantly try to keep my weight in line, though I am thin. I'm just kind of wondering, what kind of biscuits are in the bin? It makes me hungry. Lol.
