watching a movie just to feel a little less alone yet, I'm still alone in my mind I softly speak just to hear and imagine what it might feel like to hear the voice of someone someone who loves me and listens alone

You constructed your concrete poem in just the right way that zeroes in on the feeling of being alone, yearning to hear another voice, to have a love in your life. My dad, likewise feels deeply after losing my mom. It’s been nearly 3 years. Hugs ~ Kim
