A Day of Pain

A day of pain
The world stood in shock looking at the clock
The pain on this day will never be the same.
The towers stood so high almost touching the sky.
As evil came to take so many lives.
People didn't lose hope as evil didn't want them to cope.
America stood strong as we searched through the rubble
And saved so many that were in desperate trouble.
Our Country lost so many souls
But gained A Country that continually grows
Evil will not win in America
Because we live to love and love to show the world
that even in evil times
America will win every time.
