A Day and Evermore

who am i that you should love me that i should possess your heart
take away from me now my manhood let me alone
overshadow me with your love shine like the sun up above upon my face
enlighten my eyes with your beauty and grace
take me away in the night with the twinkle in your eyes
woo me with your elegance and style when i see your face i can not help but to smile
you of whom i adore your qualities are love kindness and a babies heart
if you happen to depart from me i will be lost in a everflowing sea
that is how much you mean to me
take away your smile i will die in my soul it is your face in my heart i behold
so today hold my hand as we walk down the seashore for a day and evermore
