A Curve On the Face

I am one of nature’s most grand masterpieces
Forget the anti-ageing pills and the maquillage
All you need are my fleeting wrinkles on your pretty face
And you are good to go

I am without a price-tag
I do not belong to anyone but I belong to everyone
Summon me and like a loyal dog I will instantly appear
I am of many purposes
Sometimes I tell a great story and at times I am just a mask
A facade that hides a story that cannot be uttered

I am the language that needs no translation
For I am understood by all
My presence can make someone’s day a little bit better
After all, there is nothing as enchantingly beautiful
As the face wearing a contagious illuminating ear to ear grin
One that could go down in history
As the perpetrator that caused a sweet epidemic …

Yes, the perpetrator that caused a sweet epidemic! The smilevirus... that's one I would love to catch and spread around! They say that the eyes are the windows to the soul, but I would say the smile is the front door. Enjoyed this very much, Rercy, a fav for me to come back to often!
