A Cry Heard Around the World

A CRY HEARD AROUND THE WORLD

Every year about this time, a cry that rides on the tail of the wind is heard around the world-
Each year the cry grows longer- and the wind gets stronger
As the wind howls a mournful cry- a forlorn figure, stands amidst the angry snow - that falls all around Him-

With arms reaching towards the sky and eyes pointed towards the heavens he pleads with His father- my God- please release them from the bonds that hold them tight- please release them from the darkness - so they can see the light-

A reply is heard- that seems to vibrate around the world- their bonds are of their own making- Son- All they need to do, is follow my teachings- and - live accordingly to my commandments-
All they need to do is- love their fathers and their mothers- love their neighbors, their sisters, and their brothers- all they need to do, is bend their knees in prayer- call on my name (JESUS) and I will be right there-

All they need to do is- be good to their fellow man- and the bonds will break-
All they need to do is - believe in you my Son- that is all it takes-
The Son knew then that over time his cry would become stronger, and his peoples' struggles would last much longer-

In the meantime, people all over the world -around this time of year- will- stop whatever they are doing- stand still- look towards the heavens- and listen- to a cry- that is heard- around the world-
