A Cowboy Poem

Driving cattle is my life
I am a cowboy by birth
That is my entire life.
For all my tale is worth.
I drive the creatures home
From dusk til dawn.
I am never alone,
Though my companions be gone.

The words you have used I've seen in the lyrics of many country-western songs. You have clearly described a cattle driver's in reasonably few words.

You capture the loneliness, hard work, and monotony. Well done. I think this brief poem says a lot.
