WoW! You tell it like it often is. The groom is a cad. Both women will feel the burn before long. Great job. Bravo and congrats. God Bless, JB

Great Turn in the final line, Jack. I am wondering like Jan if she is the groom's "bit" on the side! I just took her as a woman in the crowd who did not share the couple's good fortune.

I see this as a sad tragedy of the father leaving this poor girl to raise their child on her own while he plans a life with his desire who is probably completely unaware of the situation. His dark heart may ruin all their lives. A suspenseful and dramatic senryu Jack. So well conceived. I think this will be very successful in the contest. : )

The pregnant girl is a reminder to the bride & groom of things to come! On the other hand, she could have wished to have been in their place! ~ Regards // paul
