A Cosmic Event

Sometimes, when heavenly bodies align A celestial phenomena is spun Some say it's a sign When we have this total eclipse of the sun The path of the eclipse will pass over places called Nineveh Which in the bible, was a wicked city Where the prophet Jonah went and the people of Nineveh did repent Our brightest star will be eclipsed, casting dark shadows on the Earth soon in a cosmic event from afar As the sun is obscured by the moon But is it merely a cosmic event Or a sign that we should repent! 3-28-2024

Within, we have a way of knowing when something is right or wrong. Our conscience sends signals to our brain that we should repent. I find the Cosmic event, fascinating. Our Creator created our solar system and how it operates. My best to you, Joseph. :) Hugs, Brandy

This is a thought-provoking exploration of the intersection between the physical and the metaphysical. It invites readers to ponder their place in the cosmos and contemplate the eternal questions of existence, leaving them with a sense of wonder and introspection long after the poem has ended

Hello Joe, I am marveling at the celestial dance of heavenly bodies, pondering if it's more than mere science. I love that it reflects on ancient tales, invoking the biblical city of Nineveh and the prophet Jonah's journey. As the eclipse casts its shadow over Earth, your words stir contemplation, questioning if it's a cosmic sign urging repentance. It's a poetic exploration of the intersection between science, spirituality, and the mysteries of the universe. Very entertaining. - Blessings, Daniel
