A Clear Conscience

to be able to sleep at night to be able to lay there staring up at the ceiling in the dark & having nothing stressing on the mind certainly will extend nothing to the world of dreams in the form of nightmares--- one will have the best chance to rest during the brief hours of which they can, if they have a clear conscience--- better to have it all out in the open & to minimalize the drama of life, than to take it all in secretly trying to hold the weight of the world on your shoulders, as if the world had any intent on helping you in the morning when you awake, crushed by the tension, the anguish & the duress smashed down upon you during your slumber.
