A Childs Plea
A CHILD”S PLEA
The fear and pleading in a child’s eyes
We do not always recognize
A plea from deep within
AND IF WE DO WHERE DO WE BEGIN
First by listening to the cries
That is within the child’s eyes
Then hold out to them a loving hand
So they can see you understand
And by wiping away their tears
YOU WILL BE HELPING TO WIPE AWAY THE FEARS
And that is how you can begin
To remove the fears that lye within
And the love you offer from your heart
Will help that child’s fears depart.
