A Child Of Light

Light I see so dim
My eyes blur as they humour my sin

I watch and wait while they teach
And nod and annoy my eye and throat

My write scratches and marks
I smile when I remember my stupidity
Not happily

I think and i wish,
But it is not something I do
Though I wish, and laugh

This with no wave as light
Will it kinder and kindle some?
Despite its worthless, lack of ability
can they love the weak and false
And powerful to look above?
So not even near their level?

Or to be appreciated by those weird people
Who will either scoff or laugh laugh high above
Themselves or me
But that silent one - are you powerful or a lie?

Surely we all know, those with nothing
Are the best critiques, You know it all but it
Is a a robbery to say it good, right?
I can’t trust you either way, for your thoughts are a lying
