A Child and Her Seedling Revisited

Imagining and thinking do you remember the past? Did you foresee the links ability to last? You’re a symbol of him and he’s the image of you, Intertwining to one and growing separate two, That seedling shows a will fighting hardship through time, You siphon his strength when you’ve no will to survive, You’re his heart and his soul for appreciating this life, The security and warmth needed on iced wintry nights, Your link forever bonded as life’s years drift away, Yet your planting of him still feels of yesterday, Now as one you’ll grow older and wiser with age, Prepared for the future you compose life’s next page, Imagining and thinking can you see your future? Can you see the rewards that have been sown for you? Go back to your childhood spend a day in your past, You’re a symbol of him and he’s the image of you.
