A Chance Meeting
If by chance you ever meet
A goldfish strolling down the street,
Please point out that he has roamed
Far from the bowl in which he’s homed.
Call his owner for collection.
Failing this then give direction
To the nearest lake or pond,
Or better still, the sea beyond.
