A Case of Vulnerability
I was never taught how to love
I was eaten alive by the scars of my childhood
This great devouring, left nothing in it's wake
I'm only a ghost of what was ingested
Living a life pretending
An existence born of violence and disquiet
I'm somewhere empty, something hollow
A shadow that lurks in the confines of this flesh
statelessness
