A Case of Vulnerability

I was never taught how to love I was eaten alive by the scars of my childhood This great devouring, left nothing in it's wake I'm only a ghost of what was ingested Living a life pretending An existence born of violence and disquiet I'm somewhere empty, something hollow A shadow that lurks in the confines of this flesh statelessness
