a cardinal came daily in winter's garden.... after daddy's death May you come to find comfort in and remember: Cardinals appear when angels are near. So go now, sit outside and drink your tea. Keep a look out for the little red bird — It is there, your loved one will be. Copied from the internet

Male cardinals are not only a very attractive red, but they emit pretty love calls that sound like "cheer, cheer, cheer, cheer". Another good write, Sara.

Victor, Some people don't appreciated God's creation but they may need the food they get from the birds. I have never known anyone to eat a Cardinal though. Yours visits help me to know about your country. Sara
