A Call To Youth

Rise up young man
speak your mind
let your voice be heard
let the world know
what's inside your head

Rise up young man
tell the world what you think
let your thoughts flow
let the world understand
what you are thinking

Rise up young man
don't just sit idly
don't just watch and see
the butchery, the indignity
suffered by humanity

Rise up and take action
take your pen and write
go to the streets and protest
protect your rights and belief
it is inviolable and sacred

End the yoke of tyranny
end the yoke of poverty
end the yoke of oppression
end the yoke of corruption
end the yoke that prevents you from living free

Nudershada, it was nice seeing Cyndi's "I CAN'T BREATHE, generous list." Hope you enjoyed the showcase of this powerful contest theme, thank you for sharing the message. XOX ~LINDA~
