A Butterfly Moment

Butterfly swoops in
Black like a bat but a touch skinnier
Moves at an incredible gliding pace

I am astounded at her charismatic flair
She fills the porch with momentous beauty
For a mega instant, then she is gone

A fleeting look
Then butterfly disappears
Notoriously mystical and surreal

Was this a dream?
A spirit?
A treasured blink.
