A Book

I am the words that fill your mind. I show you the places you wish to go to in your wildest dreams.
To show you the history that years passed. I am the thing that brings fantasy and mystery to life. To give you friends when you not have a soul to speak with. I also bring you tales from the clock tower from your childhood about the boy who never grew up. To the stories that you remember, some folk, some rumors. Giving millions of eleven-year-olds the hope of a letter to bring them to the school of magic. Inviting others to a space filled with rows of wild roses and flowers that fill their lungs through the pages. I also help you get through the storms of the night and the colds of the day. I keep you company when your nose is running, and your forehead has a fever of 101. I also bring you poems from all over the world, asking if you are nobody too. I speak so many languages that give people a common ear, even if they talk in different languages. Showing you pictures of the trees and flowers in your head. Make you feel every emotion known to humankind. I am many things to everyone around the globe, but most people call me a book.
