A Big Hole

In Kansas our house was on a big hole I could crawl under and get into it I guess it was to be a basement But when I looked I saw a spaceship A foxhole to hide from the enemy A crater on a planet far away I used my flashlight in the long lost mine But how dirty I was, I just couldn't say My shirt and pants were in a horrible state I hid them in the bottom of the trash Because I'd been in trouble for this before I had to smile about my clever stash But the next day my mom dumped out the trash And guess what, my clothes were then on top After that a had a very long day It seemed the yelling was not going to stop!
