Notes About The Poem

- A Bed of Flowers -

                                          An aged rusty bed 

                                  and two pairs of worn out shoes

                                  A clear sign of human presence

                             and we wonder at the life that was here
 
                           The umbilical cord that binds us to the past

                        Was everything genuinely better in "the old days" ?
