A Beautiful Thing
to have...
someone to miss
in the loneliness of twilight,
someone to walk
into the golden sunset with;
a hand to hold, as minutes fly.
to feel...
the glowing embers of love,
heartbeats in an prolonged embrace,
the sheer tenderness
of a loving touch;
what could be more romantic?
to find...
someone you can't live without,
who loves and completes you,
and want to be
a better person for you...
oh, what a beautiful thing!
