A Beautiful Part

I moved back to the town I was born.
The country boy in me was getting tired and worn.
I went without love for eleven years.
Now I've got you to stop the tears.
I had a good friend.
He died at a young age.
When I got the news, I had to turn the page.
Looking back I remember the days, the time we spent you can't take away.
I know this is a world where nobody stays.
But I never expected it to be this way.
Sometimes my mind plays tricks, but deep down in my heart.
Even though your gone, I know your up in heaven playing a beautiful part.

Sad to lose someone that you care about especially at Christmas. I hope that the move back home will be a great one. Keep the magical pen flowing. Sara
