A Beautiful Morning

~

The sleepy horizon,
soft pastels a’ glow
A new day awakens,
majestic its show

Lemonade shimmers 
‘pon tangerine skies
Blue bird concertos,
melodic sunrise

Dew drops a’ glisten,
hot coffee bliss
Cinnamon wishes
and dawn’s early kiss

Butterfly flutters
with spring in the air
A beautiful morning
for you to share

~

Just thinking everyone could use a beautiful morning to take their mind off of things.
