Animals On The Loose. Dad there's monkeys on my trampoline and lions in my tree There's a crocodile in our garden pond, dad come, come and see. A hippo and a rhino in the garden shed A zebra laying on the ground, I wonder if it's dead. Dad where have they come from and when do you think they'll go? It's really up to you, said dad, so when I do not know. You left them in the garden when you went outside to play you took them from your toy box and they've been out there all day. So if you take your toy box out that just might be a plan then you can start to round them up and I'll help you if I can.

Lol, good one, Patricia, Welcome to Poetry soup, I hope you enjoy the community. Here, you will find friendly poets who enjoy supporting one another. I myself, enjoy reading and commenting those who want to be read. The only time I give constructive criticism is when a poet desires it. However, if for some reason the poem is not my field I will guide you to someone who is more qualified than I. Stop by and read one of my poems if you like. My poems are not perfect, but I have a feeling you might like one. I encourage you to check out the contest page and read to receive comments. Tell me a little about your poetic skills if you like. It will be my pleasure to follow and read every poem you post from here on :) We are Lucky To Have you. Your New Poet Friend @-> LINDA <-@

Your very kind Linda thank you. I know I am going to love PS. I tend to write through the night when all is quiet as I don't sleep well. Good job I am retired. I was a nurse but these days if I'm not knitting, out walking with my other half then I am writing either my forthcoming book or more poetry. I get my inspiration from listening, and seeing children or sometimes from car registrations. Crazy I know but that's how it works for me.It may just be a word but it won't leave me until I do something with it. And you see the results hey. Big hugs
