Nursery Rhyme 7 Poetry Contest

Up goes sun, So much fun! Ladybug and bee, We want to see! Butterfly kiss, Never miss! Mud and clay, Perfect for play! Swings and Slides, Bikes for rides! Teacher sings, It is Spring! Birds fly, So very high! Children dance, Leap and prance! Blue is sky, We say hi! PICTURE 1

This is so cute, sounded a bit like a footle, so catchy how youv rhymed! I especially love butterfly kiss never miss and also the ending. The whole rhyme has a captivating cadence to it which truly make’s your poem stand out dear mala! You are very good at these, i am sure will do well! Best wishes! Sending you light always

Thank you, Dear Empress. I wrote one...and then thought nursery rhymes are supposed to be recited by little children, it should not have any verbosity at all - it should be funny, and almost like a jingle. So I wrote a second one. I really appreciate your detailed comments, Dear Poet. Love ~ Mala
