5 For the Void
still deep silence
of the great unknown
do you lie beyond time?
what were we then
when dinosaurs roamed
before women and men?
in the grand scheme
of all living things
what comes after human?
what of it then
when the cosmos move
and not one of us can?
when humans die
does nothing reside
beyond oblivion?
