well...there are several Simons in the good book. But next to Simon Peter, I will go with this one. Simeon existed. But in the context of my poem, it relates to the name - Simon. Simian which sounds the same as Simeon, relates to 'monkey' and in the context of my poem, fits. Take it as you will...

...that was then this is now....hell, I'm going back into the woods, they're all asleep there. It's daylight. Find myself a nice soft pile of leaves to go sleep in and dream...maybe a big wolf to cuddle up next to, hopefully no fleas. Go tell Lovejoy-Burton, I survived ...I'm onto the next mission.
