4 Stages of Heartache

Nonstop tears
Brand new fears
"Who am I without him?"
Anger, frustration,
Complete humiliation
"What did I do to lose him?"
Hiding emotion
With the strongest devotion
"I am fine without him."

The first 3 stages of heartbreak
Devastation, frustration, denial

The final stage of heartache:
You move on without him
Not thinking about him
One last bit of exposure
And then,
It's closure.
