4:00 AM
I'm wide awake
I've been to the bathroom
had ice water and 
three 
miserable
hot flashes
next to me
husband snores softly
satisfied
sleeping so peacefully
I watch the fog as light comes

I feel for you..That is no fun..I hope that you get some help for the flashes..Or maybe this is just a write about the subject..I have had those hot feelings and the sleeplessness..I watch and hear my husband snore day and night..Anytime he sits down sleep overcomes him and he is gone..Sara

a very well known feeling for insomniacs and complement to my blog last night!! I hate when I get insomnia. Thankfully I took care of things before the hot flashes could ever come. haha. Hope you will regain that much needed rest you need and deserve.
