Manic depression, bipolar, whatever moniker you attach it's tough. A relative suffers. Hope this is fiction for you

Unfortunately, I am diagnosed with Schizoaffective disorder Bipolar Type I Schizoaffective disorder is a mental illness that can affect your thoughts, mood, and behavior. You may have symptoms of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I've been struggling with it my entire adult life. I am 34 now. I am also a recovered alcoholic and drug addict. I'm sorry your relative suffers.
