2yrs After the Accident

2 yrs After the Accident My life has changed completely and I know I'm not the same I'm trying hard to beat this thing and no one is to blame I struggle every day and night not to give up on the fight The days go by confusing me because I'm not as bright These last few years been horrible Not knowing who I am my minds been wiped of memories Thank God you're not one of them I may not be the same and I may not ever be So when I say I don't remember I would not lie to thee But I'm still here in body with a broken mind and sole I'm working on some methods that may just help me reach my goal Listening to doctors telling me what to do I follow that to try and help me out But part of me believes it will and another part in doubt So please remember who I was and accept there is now a change I'm doing my best to deal with this I hope you can do the same ; Shannon ;
