24th Weekend

I still wish I was in your arms
To be on you all day long
I was so comfortable with you
maybe from talking it through
I guess instincts take over
and I just know what to do
wishing I was still kissing you
A walk down the hall
with a warm embrace
A few more days and we can do it all again
The time in between doesn't feel like much
because we're still connected
and not stranded on this island
