It is the start of a new year
2019 is no longer here
Change is near
It will appear
It's time to persevere
No more fear
Have a plan
Believe you can
Aim high
Say goodbye
To the things
That stole the joy
That tried to destroy
They can't stop you anymore
Close the door
Some things you have to ignore
It's 2020
No more looking back
No more complaining about
What you lack
Focus on the new
Focus on the view
Leaving the past behind
Change your mind
Changes made are resolutions
And are long-term solutions
Don't lose sight
Of the light
Everything is going to be alright
Try with all of your might
If you want to succeed
Faith is all that you need
2020 has just begun
You can get it done
You can win if you choose to begin
Today and forget about yesterday
Start where you are
You will get far
2019 taught us and bought us to 2020
When one season ending a new season is beginning
