REALLY different as Christians, Jews, and Muslims continue to slaughter each other for daring to believe in the same god - but, like children, from different perspectives! Aloha! Rico

It's refreshing to find a dash of pessimism among all the poems about the fresh start of a new year, Rico. Although we all hope that things will improve, I think your poem hits closer to the truth. Still, best wishes to you for a happy new year - you never know how things will turn out...
