1 Month Since You Passed
The bitter chill of lonely winds
in gales vows to break me.
The light of life has faded
now darkened rooms I roam.
Pain and sorrow rule the waking hours
relentless in it's cruelty.
Grief, a determined crucifire
of what spirit remains to me.
How does one endure this suffering,
to rise up from the depths of such despair?
They say time shall work to save me
yet a desolate existence
is all I seem to know.
