11

11 is just a number
what it stands for has no meaning either
a child said "I want to be 11" and his mother said "But your 6"
          11 is just a number

theres this 11 year old kid, and he walks into the supermarket-
he gets stopped, "How old are you?" the security guard asks, the boy answers "11"-
and is forced out of the store
          11 is just a number

an 11 year old girl joins PoetrySoup.com
          everyone comments on her poems
          11 is just a number

We've had some very young writers on this site, Caleigh. When you're a child, you always want to be older. When you're grown, you wish you could be younger. Make the most of your youth! Love, Carolyn
