Give a Damn's are Special and they should be Treasured. You never know in life, you may Only get so many Give a Damn's from people. What happens when you've wasted all the Give a Damn's that people have given you with untruths that you've told about your health, your finances, about things you've said, things you've done to other people, you're underlying not so truthful motives and so on?
