Those we Love
Those we love don’t go away
They walk beside us every day
They’re in our heart and in our mind
With thoughts of the precious kind.
We see them in the stars above
We feel them in their gift of love
Their scent wafts upon the breeze
They dance for us in falling leaves.
Our loved ones come in times of grief
In our dreams they’ll oft times creep
To heal our hearts as angels do
Tears and fears away they shoo.
Patiently our loved ones will wait
Behind the heavenly golden gate
Until we can dance and sing again
With angels in a holy refrain.
